My neighbor Phil was arrested again over the weekend. This is like the 4th or 5th time. I was ready and had my camera waiting. Every time, he's caught running around in his underwear and always seems to have just shat himself.
We just found this thing running around in the basement. We're still not quite sure what to do with her. She doesn't really saying anything any of us can understand. Just a bunch of grunting noises (and that was even before we put her in the cage.)
